1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your educational institution ("School", "Subscriber", or "User") and Taleemi Dunya ("Taleemi Portal", "we", "our"). By creating an institute account, subscribing to a package, or using our web/mobile applications, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Subscription Licensing & Permitted Use

  • Authorized Access: A subscription grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Taleemi Portal cloud system for the student tier specified in your active plan.
  • User Roles: Access is provided for school administrators, principals, accountants, teachers, and enrolled student guardians. Sharing master admin credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
  • Onboarding & Data Setup: Our support team assists your school in setting up classes, sections, and importing existing student rosters during your initial onboarding window.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & No Hidden Charges

  • Transparent Pricing: Subscription fees are billed annually as published on our official pricing schedule (e.g., Starter plan up to 200 students at Rs. 6,000/year).
  • No Hidden Setup Charges: The quoted subscription price is the full price. There are no surprise server maintenance fees, mandatory upgrade costs, or per-challan transaction deductions.
  • Annual Renewal: Subscriptions are renewed annually to guarantee continuous uninterrupted service for the school session.

4. School Data Ownership & Export

The subscriber retains sole and exclusive proprietary ownership of all data entered into the system. Taleemi Portal claims zero ownership rights over your student records, financial ledgers, or examination data.

  • You maintain the right to download and export your records at any time.
  • Upon account termination or cancellation, your school administrator may request a comprehensive digital backup file of all historical records.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or exit fees. We believe in earning your trust every single day: there are no long-term lock-in traps. If your school wishes to terminate service, simply inform our support team via WhatsApp or email.
